Ahmedabad: The circular issued by the Government of Gujarat not to disclose their property if the government does not declare their property, the circular has been published today. Due to which all officials have been collecting property documents.
Circular issued by the signature of Mehul Vasai, general secretary of the Gujarat government, said that despite government instructions, the real estate records are not submitted on time or the government is not presenting it by the government officials. Investigation is conducted only when a complaint is received against an officer or application. This situation is not satisfactory.Government officials have to have real estateassets against themselves and their families,all details of vehicles, houses, investments, including the rules, will be given in the time limit. If an officer or employee misbehaves ordoes not provide information, legal action will be taken against him.
