Educational Qualification : Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Rural Management/ Business Management or MBA (Finance) or CA/ICWA with minimum 20 years of relevant experience preferably in financial institution/banks/dairy sector, project planning, corporate finance with experience in handling large projects.

Technical skills/ attributes
Programme/ Project Planning, Financial and Manpower Planning, Statistical and Economic analysis, Project appraisal, fund/portfolio management, knowledge of lending policies in India and by international agencies, including preferably, those relating to the development sector
Managerial skills/ attributes
Leadership, Communication skills, report writing, consultation skills, negotiating skills, preparation of complex project reports and documents, analytical aptitude and problem solving aptitude
